Walking Football Tournament - A great success

On Friday 28th March, the Foundation partnered with Physio team Connect Health to provide a walking football tournament thanks to the Dolphin Centre. Seven teams entered including two from the Foundation's regular walking football squad, two from Darlington FC Walking Football with two underage teams from the Dolphin Centre and one from Connect Health.

Some familiar faces to Darlington fans were playing for the Darlington FC teams including Neil Raper and Rob Duncan (DFCSG). Most games were incredibly tight with the Yellow DFC team coming out on top of the league for the over 45s tournament.

This was all in aid of our partner charity Versus Arthritis and around £400 was raised through entry fee donations and raffles.
